Stephen brings 15 years of valuable experience to his administrative post. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany and Microbiology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Marketing. Stephen has successfully organized and headed many senior management positions that without his foresight would never have achieved their intended goals. Stephen managed United Bank for Africa as head of Consumer Banking, ECOBANK Plc Head of Collections and StanbicIBTC Bank, Head of Franchise Collections. Having been responsible for sales in excess of $20 million, Stephen is more than capable of leading Sharf Pointers Medical Billing Services to the Number one billing and claims processing firm in Maryland and the environs. Stephen will handle all marketing and sales functions. Stephen belongs to several professional bodies among which are: American Marketing Association and Certified Institute of Marketing.

Toya holds a bachelor in Business Administration. Also, she is a Certified Medical Insurance Specialist. Toya has attained a diversified wealth of knowledge and experience from an array of medical settings such as Howard University Physicians, Inc., United Healthcare and others. She will be responsible for the initial tele-marketing, administrative, customer service, and disseminating of company information. Toya has over 15 years in the medical billing field which encompasses office administration, and billing practices; both lend themselves well to the departments she will oversee Sharf Pointers Medical Billing Services.
